Prices are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. All orders are subject to price in effect at time order is placed. Prices do not include shipping, taxes or installation.


PELLE does not guarantee the availability of any item and reserves the right to discontinue or change the technical specifications of its products at any time without notice.

Payment Terms

We accept payment by credit card, Paypal, check, ACH for domestic or bank wire for international payments. Delivery cannot be scheduled without full payment cleared. Please contact sales@pelledesigns.com for full payment terms.

Return Policy

Each piece is hand-made to order. We unfortunately do not accept cancellations, order changes, or returns once an order has been confirmed.

Trade Program

Architects, interior designers and other trade professionals may qualify for our Trade Program. To open a professional trade account, please contact sales@pelledesigns.com.

Rush Orders

PELLE works to ship all orders in a timely matter. Rush ordering is available for a service fee. Please contact the studio to schedule and inquire.

Custom Orders

PELLE welcomes the opportunity to quote custom projects. Please submit drawings and contact us to discuss your requirements.


All deliveries will be made via carrier of our choice, unless instructed in writing to use a specific carrier. All shipments are FOB Origin, New York, NY. Special crating and handling requests are subject to extra charge.

International Customers

All shipments will be made via carrier of our choice, unless instructed in writing to use a specific carrier. All shipments are FOB Origin, New York, NY. Special handling requests are subject to extra charge. International customers are responsible for any customs/duties fees incurred during the transit of their ordered items.

Damaged Goods

All items are carefully inspected and packaged prior to shipment. Please examine your order upon arrival for any damage. If items have arrived damaged, a replacement will be sent only if the damage is reported within 5 calendar days, the original packaging is kept for inspection by the carrier, and photos are provided of the damage. Please call 212-645-2602 or email info@pelledesigns.com within 5 calendar days to make a claim.


PELLE warrants its products to be free of defects in workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one year from date of purchase. PELLE reserves the right to inspect the damaged product before having any obligation under this limited warranty. All costs of shipping for inspection are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.  PELLE, at it’s option, shall repair or replace the defective unit covered by this warranty. PELLE is not responsible for damages caused by improper installation, maintenance or operation. Our warranty extends to products purchased only by the original purchaser.

Limitation of Warranty

In order to keep this limited warranty in effect, the product must have been handled and used as prescribed. This limited warranty does not cover any damage including, but not limited to, the following
Improper installation, accident, misuse, abuse, or general negligence.
Damage caused by improper cleaning.
Damage caused by improper handling, installation, or assembly by the customer or customers agent.
Damage caused by exposure to extreme moisture, humidity, or natural sunlight. PELLE’s lamps are designed to be installed in indoor, air-conditioned environments, out of prolonged direct sunlight.
Damage caused by Acts of God, fire, extreme weather, floods, tornadoes, hurricanes, war.
Changes in the appearance of metal finishes or un-lacquered finishes.
Any costs of installation. removal. or re-installation.
Restoration or repair work.
Any parts purchased separately from our light fixtures

Care and Maintenance

All products should be cared for with instructions applicable to that product. Failure to do so may void the product warranty.


In no event shall PELLE aggregate liability arising out of or related to this agreement, whether arising out of or related to breach of contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, exceed the total of the amounts paid to PELLE for the goods sold hereunder.


Customer will at all times defend, indemnify and hold harmless PELLE and its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, accountants, attorneys, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any and all damages, injuries including death, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses arising out of or related to third party claims, actions or demands arising out of or related to any 1) breach of any provision in these Terms by the customer or end-user or 2) improper or negligent installation or use, or unauthorized repair, or integration into another lighting product, of a Product by Customer or End User (or its agents). Customer shall not settle compromise or consent to the entry of any judgment with respect to any pending or threatened claim without PELLE consent unless the settlement, compromise, or consent provides for and includes an express, unconditional release of all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses including reasonable legal fees and expenses against PELLE.

The images, designs, products and trademarks that belong to Pelle Designs LLC are original to, and are valuable assets of, Pelle Designs LLC. We protect and defend our copyrighted and trademarked works, including, but not limited to, drawings, blueprints, photographs, text, website, marketing materials, packaging, products, and designs. Unauthorized use of our copyrighted and trademarked materials is strictly prohibited.
