12 Quirky Pieces for the Home

When your living room needs a talking point: 12 new unusual objects that will make your abode stand out, from a gravity-defying teapot to a playful modern tapestry

Independent New York City design studio PELLE is presenting an exhibition of new work, Unnatural Habitat, in its Flatiron showroom. The show features a light installation called Dust, sculpted Nana Lure lamps and a solid DVN table. The tropical lamp, pictured, is hand-sculpted and resembles a giant banana leaf. It can function as either a standing or hanging light.
