Sales Associate, Full Time
Salary Range: $25-28/hour, 37.5hours/week, 9am-5:30pm in PELLE’s Red Hook Brooklyn Studio & Showroom Gallery
SUMMARY
PELLE is a New York based design studio integrating artistic exploration with architectural integrity to offer an original collection of hand produced, professionally refined pieces. We are seeking a Full-Time Sales Associate to join our growing team. The candidate will ideally possess a minimum of one year of experience working in luxury design sales or similar client-facing role. The Sales Associate will be responsible for achieving sales goals by building and maintaining client relationships, providing outstanding customer service, and maintaining high presentation standards. Additionally, this candidate must be able to retain and communicate detailed product knowledge and foster a warm, welcoming environment in the showroom.
RESPONSIBILITIES
+Provide the best possible customer service to our clientele by working closely with them to determine their needs and to answer any questions they may have
+Meet individual and company sales goals by creating and fostering new client relationships and pursuing leads with diligence
+Welcoming clients into the showroom and providing them with an exceptional and informative experience
+Utilize CRM system, handling all client purchase transactions
+Provide phone and email support, answering questions about the brand, collections, pricing and lead times with accuracy and professionalism
+Assist with obtaining shipping quotes, coordinating, and scheduling client shipments
+Assist to ensure the efficient operation of day-to-day sales office operations – opening/closing gallery and organizing gallery appointments and studio visits
+Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of Pelle products to inform clients and be able to resolve technical issues and concerns
