PELLE works to ship all orders in a timely matter, however Rush Ordering is available for an additional 20% of Retail Price. Please contact the studio to schedule Rush delivery dates.

We accept payment by credit card, Paypal, check, ACH or bank wire. Sales greater than $10,000 can be paid with a 50% deposit at time of order, with the remainder to be paid prior to shipment. Cancellations must be made within 7 days of confirmation of order. Orders cannot be canceled after this grace period has passed. We cannot accept cancellation of rush orders once they have been confirmed.
All shipments will be made via carrier of our choice, unless instructed in writing to use a specific carrier. All shipments are FOB Origin, New York, NY. Special crating and handling requests are subject to extra charge.

Returned goods require an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number. Please call 212-645-2602 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain your number and be sure it is clearly marked on the outside of the carton. Product must be returned in new and salable condition within 30 calendar days of receipt for credit to be issued. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Custom products or modified versions of standard products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
All items are carefully inspected and packaged prior to shipment. Please examine your order upon arrival for any damage. If items have arrived damaged, a replacement will be sent only if the damage is reported within 5 calendar days, the original packaging is kept for inspection by the carrier, and photos are provided of the damage. Please call 212-645-2602 or email email@example.com within 5 calendar days to make a claim.
PELLE warrants its products to be free of defects in workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one year from date of purchase. PELLE reserves the right to inspect the damaged product before having any obligation under this limited warranty. All costs of shipping for inspection are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. PELLE, at it’s option, shall repair or replace the defective unit covered by this warranty. PELLE is not responsible for damages caused by improper installation, maintenance or operation. Our warranty extends to products purchased only by the original purchaser.
Care and Maintenance
All products should be cared for with instructions applicable to that product. Failure to do so may void product warranty.
The images, designs, products and trademarks that belong to Pelle Designs LLC are original to, and are valuable assets of, Pelle Designs LLC. We protect and defend our copyrighted and trademarked works, including, but not limited to, drawings, blueprints, photographs, text, website, marketing materials, packaging, products, and designs. Unauthorized use of our copyrighted and trademarked materials is strictly prohibited.
